The cron expression for weekly jobs uses the day-of-week field (last field). 0 0 * * 0 runs every Sunday at midnight, 0 0 * * 1 runs every Monday at midnight.
Use 0 9 * * 1. The 1 in the last field represents Monday. The expression reads: minute 0, hour 9, any day of month, any month, Monday.
In cron, day-of-week is 0-7 where both 0 and 7 represent Sunday. 1=Monday, 2=Tuesday, 3=Wednesday, 4=Thursday, 5=Friday, 6=Saturday.
Standard cron doesn't support 'every N days from date X'. For true 7-day intervals, use weekly schedules (day-of-week) or implement date logic in your script.
